If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund. Below, we laid out the terms that apply to returning an item purchased from us and refunding it as clear as possible to make the process as easy as possible for the customer.
If you would like to exchange any of the items you purchased from us for the same item or a different item that has higher value, please contact us within 30 days from receipt of the goods as this is covered under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. You can contact us by emailing us at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Our returns team will respond to your request as soon as possible and arrange return of the goods. You can then make an additional payment for the exchange if there is an extra amount to pay. In the event of a general exchange, it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us safely and in brand new, unused condition. Goods are to be returned at your expense.
RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the day you purchased the item you want to return in order to receive a return authorization from us or else we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund. Once we receive the item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or alternatively, we can issue it back in your account’s wallet. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition, they were received in or else you may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service or we could also pay for the return and deduct it from the final refund. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

DEFECTS & REPLACEMENT
We try our best to ensure that every item sent from our facility is checked thoroughly and is in the highest quality and is free from any defect. However, human errors can occur while packing and preparing the items. Though, we try to ensure that doesn’t happen, in the unlikely event that there is a defect with the item when you receive it, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Once we receive it and confirm the defect, we will be able to issue you a refund or alternatively, you can exchange it for the same item or a different item. Do note the shipping and its costs are the responsibilities of the customer and till we receive the items, we will not be able to process it.

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods as any item purchased from us will be covered under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Our returns team will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible to arrange a return. We will issue a full refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase of the item(s) or issue the refund into your account’s wallet.
